Reference Number 0000399273 Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 10/17/2025 07:00 PM EDT The State of Colorado Judicial Department, referred to herein as the "Department," issues this statewide Request for Qualifications for the purpose of creating a list of qualified vendors to provide cost-effective Recovery Residences, (hereinafter referred to as Sober Living Facilities) for Probationers that are being supervised by the Colorado Judicial Probation Departments, also known as the "Local Probation Departments". Local Probation Departments sometimes have a need to facilitate the provision of a Sober Living Facility ("Facility") on behalf of Probationers who present with a need related to substance abuse. A residential environment that has a primary focus on maintaining sobriety can assist Probationers to successfully complete the terms of their probation and promote pro-social behavior change.
