**As of November 21st, 2025, the project was awarded to Martinez Fire Protection, but the awarded amount is not available.** The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS), Division of Facilities Management (DFM), requests licensed and experienced contractors to provide fire suppression system repairs to facilities located in the north central district of CDHS. Exhibit B will provide the location list by facility name, building number, and address. This solicitation's purpose is to ensure the system is restored to full operational condition in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications. All known deficiencies must be fully repaired and documented by December 31, 2025, in accordance with applicable codes and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
