Written questions are due by, and shall be submitted electronically via the online. DEN requires all questions to be submitted individually on this site. This request includes the provision of portable restroom rentals and sanitation pump out services at Denver International Airport. The successful proposer will provide all portable toilet units, service vehicles and labor required to complete the requirements of the scope of work. Proposers will provide scheduled and on-call services. The Contractor shall deliver units on a one (1) business day notice to various locations as identified by the requesting agency. DEN must be billed monthly (28-day billing cycle). Service shall be provided within DEN and DEN owned real property. The Contractor shall set up with the requesting agency (ies) a regular schedule of maintenance for toilets that are in place for a set period of time as well as for those that experience a heavy volume of usage for a short period of time. All damage not done by the City's personnel shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. No charge shall be made to the City for vandalism, graffiti, accidents of third party etc. Cleaning service shall consist of: pumping and flushing out the waste tank, thorough cleaning and disinfecting toilet bowl and seat, floor, door handle and when needed, the walls, ceiling and door, adding deodorant blocks (or acceptable alternative, shall be approved by the City), replacing toilet paper to maintain adequate supply, removal of graffiti if necessary, testing to make sure hand sanitizer dispenser is operational and full upon departure, documentation showing when last period cleaning service occurred prominently displayed, all specified services must be performed every time a unit is scheduled for services. Unescorted airfield driving is a material requirement of this contract opportunity.
