Reference Number 0000403029 Bid Intent Not Available This competitive Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to engage a qualified consultant through a competitive process to partner with Denver International Airport (DEN) in forming a Program Management Team (PMT) that will serve as part of an integrated Program Delivery team within Special Projects team division. The PMT will be instrumental in overseeing the development of the North Terminal Expansion project. This project involves the construction of expanded East and West sections of the North Terminal, encompassing the expansion of the ticketing facilities, security checkpoints, international baggage claim areas, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processing, airline office spaces, and the associated building systems. It is designed to increase both terminal and Federal Inspection Services (FIS) capacity to accommodate projected passenger growth, establish connectivity to the planned East and West concourses, and incorporate extensive enabling work, including the relocation of existing utilities. Scope of work: The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive range of services necessary for the successful execution of the program. These services include program and project management, environmental services, design and baseline development, permitting support, and evaluation of delivery methods. Additionally, the PMT will provide critical assistance in areas such as cost and schedule management, program oversight, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and community engagement.
