Reference Number 0000403345 To select a qualified Respondent to serve the entire State of Colorado as the Large Building Decarbonization (LBD) Showcase Technical Contractor to support implementation of the State's Large Building Decarbonization (LBD) Showcase. The awarded Contractor will support the Large Building Decarbonization (LBD) Showcase by providing technical assistance to the CEO by conducting feasibility assessments of the submitted implementation phase applications program. Bid Intent Not Available The desired Contract start date is February 1, 2026 or as soon as a State issued contract has been fully executed, whichever comes first. The initial term of the awarded Contract is anticipated to begin upon the execution of a State issued contract and end on September 30, 2026, with the option to extend annually for up to three (3) additional years at the State's sole discretion, terminating on September 30, 2029.
