Renovation of a municipal facility in Glover, Vermont. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 1/22/2026 the project has not been awarded due to bids being over budget. The Town of Glover: Energy Committee is seeking Construction Bids from qualified General Contractors for energy upgrade projects on three Town of Glover Facilities: The Fire Station, The Municipal Building, and the Town Hall. Work includes, re-roofing, insulation and air sealing, replacement windows and doors, new mechanical systems, and new electrical systems. The project is funded by a state of Vermont M.E.R.P. grant. Completed Construction: December 2026 The Construction Contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and qualified bidder. The Owner retains the right to reject any, and all bids, or to waive informalities and irregularities in the Owner's best interest.
