Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Town of Salisbury requests qualifications from general contractors to assist in the renovation of the historic Town Hall and library at 918 Maple Street. Building and site improvements will include installation of plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades, ADA bathroom, ADA entrance, parking space, and lift, structural reinforcements, new windows/window inserts, limited storm water management and landscaping improvements.
