Project No. 23-026 SED PROJECT NUMBER: 24-01-01-04-0002-035 SED PROJECT NUMBER: 24-01-01-04-0002-036 Pre-bid questions will no longer be accepted after October 31, 2025. All questions warranting response shall be addressed by addendum to all plan holders. A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders, must be deposited by each Bidder with his Bid as a guarantee that, in the case the contract is awarded to him, he will then, ten days thereafter, execute such contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, and the Bidder shall not withdraw his Bid for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days after the above date of Bid opening, and to guarantee the performance of all other obligations of the Bidders as set forth in Instructions to Bidders. The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Avalon Document Services website for a non- refundable cost of $49.00. After receiving the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Avalon Document Services or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Documents may also be viewed free of charge at the Plan Holder s website. The Board of Education hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the school district.
