Improvements include County standard paved and compacted gravel roads, compacted gravel flag lot driveways, limited lot grading and drainage features. A surety bid bond (bid security) in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid is required for this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
