Renovation of a medical facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,200-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
This project is located on the WakeBrook Campus in Building 107 in Raleigh, NC. This phase 2 renovation will become the new Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) program for RI International. This 12,200 sf renovation includes selective demolition, upgraded interior finishes and a 1,248 sf food service kitchen complete with exterior improvements for the installation of a new grease trap. The project also includes minor modifications on level 2 for the addition of a seclusion room to support the facility based crisis unit. Instructions require bidders to complete prequalification packages on the provided form, seal the completed form in an opaque envelope, and include requested documentation in a separate opaque envelope marked "Confidential," then place it into the envelope with the prequalification package. The envelope must be marked to indicate the project name, the company's name, and bid package. Financial statements provided will be shredded after the evaluations are completed. Pre-qualification requirements: Only those bidders that have been prequalified shall be eligible to bid. Any bid submitted by a bidder that was not prequalified shall be rejected as nonresponsive. Completed prequalification packages must be on the provided form. As of October 28, 2025, the bid documents are not available yet.
