Sealed bids are requested for BID NO. 25-11 Walk-In Combination Cooler Freezer, Remote. Bids must be received at the office of the Director of Purchasing, Passaic County Community College, Pruden Building, 44 Church Street, Room U203, Paterson, New Jersey, 07505. Bid documents can be obtained by request in person at the Purchasing Office, via phone, or via email. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name, address, the bid number, and project name. If mailed or delivered in advance, this envelope may be placed inside a larger envelope. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure delivery to the Director of Purchasing on the specified date, time, and place. The College is not responsible for loss or destruction of any bids received before the opening time. No bids will be accepted after the closing time. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws, including relevant state statutes and administrative codes. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities as necessary.
