Renovation of a municipal facility in Blair, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

As of December 23, 2025 the project has been awarded. The project involves the repair or replacement of the south wall of Town Facilities from the Community Center to the Police Department and the repair or replacement of the wall between the City Hall Garage and the old Public Works Garage at the one hundred block of West Main Street, Blair, Oklahoma. The south wall is approximately 70 feet long, and the garage wall is approximately 40 feet long. Both walls must be tied to the roof to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result. Interested parties are encouraged to view the site. Warranty information must be included with the bid packet. The Town of Blair reserves the right to reject any or all bids, negotiate specific segments of the bids, or take any action in the town’s best interest. All bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as “Sealed Bid – Walls.”
