Material: Approximately 19,300 cubic yards of type 108 traffic gravel originating from the Lily Plain Pit. Origin: Lily Plain Gravel Pit (GPS: 53.162935, -106.200887) Destination: RM of Buckland White Star Road Shop Stockpile (GPS: 53.30610, -105.73220) Haul Distance: Approximately 47 km Notes: Final payment will be based on actual quantities delivered, verified by certified scale tickets. Award Date: November 10, 2025 (Regular Council Meeting) Project Completion Deadline: April 30, 2026 The RM of Buckland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, regardless of price.
