Site work for a water / sewer project in Vinton, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are sought for the construction project titled "FY 2024 LCDBG Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Contract 1 – Installation of Generators" for the Town of Vinton. Bidders must obtain an original set of electronic Bidding Documents from the Owner or Engineer to submit a bid. Each bidder must have an active UEI Number as verified on www.sam.gov prior to beginning construction and must deposit bid security as provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties must be acceptable as per the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the opening. The contractor is to begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. Particular attention must be paid to employment conditions, minimum wage rates, and federal and state requirements. Bidders must execute and submit all required attachments and certifications with the bid proposal. Minority, female-owned, and Section 3 firms are encouraged to submit bids.
