Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middleburg, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The School Board of Clay County, Office of Facilities Planning and Construction announces that Construction Management At-Risk services are required for the following Projects: Parking Lot Renovations/Redesign at Middleburg High School Scope of Work: Clay County District Schools is utilizing a design being completed by Altman + Barrett Architects to renovate and redesign the parking lots at Middleburg High School. The project scope shall consist of the following: 1. Increase the student and staff parking areas by approximately 20 stalls on time and ready for students Fall 2026. 2. Reconfigure the bus loop stacking and flow to allow the accommodation of approximately 24 buses on time and ready for students Fall 2026. 3. Construct a new driveway connection to C.R.220 on time and ready for students Fall 2026.. 4. Provide stormwater treatment per SREF and SJRWMD requirements on time and ready for students Fall 2026. Only firms having been pre-qualified by the School Board of Clay County are eligible to submit for this project.
