Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The requirement is to provide a Lennox 20 Ton HVAC Direct Replacement for the Oncology HVAC unit, brand name only, at the VISN 05 facility. The contractor must deliver the unit within 60 days from contract award to the VA medical facility warehouse during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. No Government Furnished Property will be provided; however, the Government will grant access to areas and provide an escort when required, along with applicable VA policies, handbooks, guides, regulations, and memorandums. Contractors must submit detailed quotes for each Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) as outlined in the attachments and comply with all terms and conditions specified in the solicitation. Evaluation will be based on a comparative analysis to determine the best value to the Government at a reasonable price. **Location:** Louis A.
