Site work for a water / sewer project in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, and materials necessary to extend sewer service to the communities in the West Fork Co-Op, with the first community being Arlington. The work includes construction of a new conventional gravity sewer system for Arlington residents, installation of two grinder pump stations and associated forcemains, and construction of an access road to the proposed Arlington Lift Station, which will be built under a separate contract. Additionally, a new forcemain will be constructed between the Arlington Lift Station and Clarksburg's existing gravity sewer system, also under a separate contract. Work will occur within WVDOH rights-of-way, easements on private property, and property owned by the City of Clarksburg. Construction waste will be disposed of at an appropriate landfill. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. The Magnitude of Construction is Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
