Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Construction services to replace Boiler #3 under Project Number 540-22-103, including providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with the solicitation documents. The project will be performed under a single firm fixed price contract with a performance period of 365 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The work will be executed in accordance with applicable FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and the technical requirements contained in the solicitation, specifications, drawings, and attachments. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This requirement is solicited as a total 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45 million in average annual receipts over the past three years. Location: Louis A. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
