The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a firm to provide annual boiler inspections at the CJIS Division Central Plant. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure boilers are operating safely and efficiently in compliance with government standards according to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC). The location of the work is the CJIS Division Complex in Clarksburg, WV. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) with a base year and four option years. The facility is a secured site with 24/7 operations and has strict access and movement requirements for both people and vehicles. All contractor personnel will be subject to a limited-based background investigation prior to site access. Quotes must be submitted electronically. The period of performance for this effort will be as follows: BASE PERIOD 03/04/2026 - 03/03/2027 Place of Performance: The primary place of performance will be at the FBI CJIS Division Campus located at 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306.
