In general, this project will consist of rehabilitating existing manholes throughout the City of Pueblo by placing calcium aluminate and epoxy coating or removing and replacing manholes. Specifically, the rehabilitation will include removing and replacing 4 existing manholes, placing 409 vertical feet of epoxy coating and 366 vertical feet of calcium aluminate patching of existing manholes, rebuilding 31 manhole benches and troughs with fast-setting cementitious material, filling 2 manholes with flowfill, reinstating 1 service, rehabbing 1 trough, and installing 1 manhole , as detailed in the plans and specifications. Sealed bids are being accepted from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of existing manholes within the City's sewer collection system. Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled "2025 Manhole Rehab" and delivered by 2:00 p.m. CST on November 25, 2025. Bids may be hand-delivered or mailed to the specified City of Siloam Springs locations. The contract will be awarded to the highest qualified, lowest priced bidder judged to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive non-prejudicial irregularities. The project entails: o Raising approximately twenty (20) manholes to the required elevations and specifications. o Applying a total of approximately 425 vertical feet of polyurea lining to manholes. o Providing all necessary tools, materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. o Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. All work shall conform to the plans and specifications outlined in the contract documents.
