Furnishing of material including line pipe and line valves, labor, tools, skill, equipment and incidentals for the construction and installation of: Fabricate and install a new meter and regulator station to serve the new asphalt plant on State Hwy 257. Install approximately 1800 feet of 4" HP Steel gas main from US Hwy 441 to the new meter/regulator station, and approximately 1500 feet of 4" PE from the meter/regulator set to the equipment at the new asphalt plant. To be considered, the bid shall include a copy of the Utility Contractors License, appropriate insurance certificate and a summary list of contractor employees showing tasks and expiration dates for Operator Qualification under the current GMA OQ Plan. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Contract will not be executed until executed Performance Bond and Payment Bond are submitted to City of Dublin.
