The project is expected to be awarded on mid-March 2026.** Project and Facilities Management Department, on behalf of the Board of Directors for San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, will receive sealed bids for the County Fire Station 227 New Build in San Bernardino, California. All bidders must register with the San Bernardino County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) system prior to the date and time to receive sealed bids or they will be disqualified. Bids can be submitted through the ePro website or in person at the Project and Facilities Management Department. A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting for prospective bidders will be conducted at the intersection of 38th Street and North Genevieve Street in San Bernardino. Bids submitted by firms who have not participated in the Pre-bid Meeting will be disqualified. State Contractor's Class "B" License is required. The Bid Documents, including final plans and specifications, are available at no cost to the bidder and may be obtained from the County's ePro Website. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening, or within sixty days thereafter. Copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Project and Facilities Management Department and will be made available upon request.
