Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work generally includes the scope of work includes asphalt paving and re-striping of the library parking lot. work also consists of removing and replacing the existing driveway approaches, installing ADA-compliant striping, signage, and markings for designated handicap stalls, and providing a walking path from the loading area of the stalls to the ADA ramps. in addition, the work includes water jetting two (2) drop inlets and replacing the lighting bulbs and globes concealed lifting lugs at roof that are suitable for placemenet of the structure on prepared foundation. Standalone stair system to grade for press box entry, gavanized steel or aluminum is permitted. Exterior Swinging Doors should be commercial grade steel type with lockable hardware. Press Box windows should be horizontal sliding with insect screen and locking device. Press box dimension is 8-foot wide by 18-foot long. Electrical Power Service should be provided with NEC Standards. Press box shall be of open construction, allowing inspection of wiring, switches and other components. Finished floor should be either commercial grade vinyl tile or raised disc rubber tile. An 125 amp, 120/240VAC single-phase, 3-wire service with 8-16 circuit breaker panel. Provide 1120-V GFCI duplex receptacle every 8 feet. Provide indoor lighting at 50 foot-candles. Outdoor lighting should be provided to illuminate the exterior staircase and landing. Provide 9,900 btu, 110V thru-wall air conditioning. Provide full length scorer's table 18"-24" deep.
