Site work for a transportation facility in Almyra, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility; one-story above grade transportation facility; and one-story above grade transportation facility.

The engineering services sought include, but are not limited to, projects such as airfield pavement rehabilitation/overlays, runway/taxiway extension, airfield lighting and navaids, parallel and connecting taxiways, property/avigation easement acquisition, safety area evaluation/corrections, environmental studies, drainage improvements/rehabilitations, surveys, roadway improvements/relocations, hangars/terminal building, geotechnical investigations, fuel system improvements, and security fencing. Services will comply with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 (as amended), and involve all phases and incidental services for these and additional projects over the next five years for which grants may be obtained from the FAA and/or Arkansas Division of Aeronautics. Selection will apply criteria from FAA Circular 150/5100-14 (as amended) in the following order: capability in performing relevant projects with recent comparable experience, key personnel qualifications and knowledge of FAA regulations, schedule adherence, prior project quality and cost control, degree of interest and geographic familiarity, sub-consultant qualifications, and ability to provide construction observers. Fees will be negotiated with the selected consultant per grant as obtained. Contracts will be three years with possible one-year extensions and are subject to federal Affirmative Action and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements. Bidders are to provide two copies of their Statement of Qualifications, including relevant experience and references.
