Construction limits are South Street East from Queen Street to Victoria Street and Victoria Street from Elk Street to South Street. The scope for this project generally includes: replacement of approximately 390 metres of 250mm diameter sanitary sewers; replacement of approximately 320 metres of various sized storm sewer; replacement of approximately 405 metres of watermain and appurtenances; reconstruction of the existing roadway, curb and gutter and sidewalk; grading and restoration. All work shall conform to the Elgin County Standard Contract Documents Supplemental Specifications and Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS).
