The County invites qualified experienced Contractor(s) to respond to this Request for Tender for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for the Soffit and Fascia Replacement Project at Terrace Lodge Long Term Care Home. It is the intent of the County to secure one Contractor. The intent of this RFT is to secure the equipment or services outlined herein in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, appendices and attachments of this RFT. The County may or may not enter into a Contract as a result of the issuance of this RFT. The County may accept any Tender in whole or in part, whether the price or prices be the lowest or not, and may reject any and all Tenders.
