Renovation of a municipal facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, parts, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to decommission, remove and legally dispose of two (2) existing Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) air handler units (AHUs), and related equipment, and furnish, install and commission two (2) new HVAC AHU and related equipment to Caltrans.
