The Scope of Work generally consists of the complete renovation of 3,100 sq.ft. of dog kennel rooms as defined by the Contract Documents, including the following 1. Selective demolition work to building interiors and exteriors. 2. Removal and replacement of interior concrete slab requiring precise location of slopes. 3. Masonry alterations and minor construction. 4. Exterior concrete stair landings with galvanized handrails. 5. Metal stud partitions with ceramic tile finish and paint finish. 6. New interior and exterior doors, and replacement of windows with aluminum framed storefront system. 7. Acoustic ceilings and wall-mounted acoustic panels. 8. Resinous floor finish with integral cove base. 9. Stainless steel kennels. 10. Stainless steel counters and cabinets. 11. Roofing modifications for mechanical systems. 12. Plumbing drainage, domestic water system alterations and new equipment and fixtures. 13. New mechanical units and related duct systems, and alterations to existing air distribution systems. 14. Electrical system removals and modifications and extensions to power distribution, and lighting, new circuits for mechanical systems and additions to door access and security systems. The primary scope includes the replacement of existing dog kennels and enclosures within the holding rooms. Work will include demolition of existing kennels, installation of new flooring, reconfiguration of floor drains, and the installation of new kennel systems complete with doors, panels, and related components. Additionally, the project scope encompasses updates to flooring, ceilings, and finishes, along with associated modifications to the electrical, teledata, HVAC, fire alarm, and security system infrastructure.
