Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Holly Hill is soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors, licensed in the State of Florida, for the repair of the Riverside Park Observation Pier located at 135 Riverside Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32117. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and properly dispose of approximately 140 LF of damaged pier sections on piles and submerged in the Halifax River, receive, unload, assemble, and install prefabricated dock sections supplied by pier manufacturer onto the existing concrete pilings, including four (4) fixed piers measuring 8' x 30' each and one (1) fixed pier measuring 8' x 18', with 2x6 Composite Timber Tech Vintage Decking, 42" Combination Rail system, and ten (10) 9' Header Kits. The Contractor shall shim existing composite decking boards on the remaining pier sections to ensure proper fit, remove and replace five (5) D-Series LED Bollard lights (lights to be provided by the City), including mounting, electrical connections, and testing to ensure full functionality. If there is any failure in the remaining existing lights and connections, the City shall be responsible for any necessary repairs. The Contractor shall install and maintain turbidity curtains and best management practices (BMPs) during all construction activities and restore disturbed grounds and staging areas to pre-construction condition upon completion.
