Remodeling of a municipal facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

A RECOMMENDATION FOR CONTRACT AWARD: will be made to the Board of Bids and Contracts at its regular meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025, generally held in the County Commission Meeting Room located at 100 N. Broadway, Sixth Floor, Wichita, Kansas, 67202, although this date or location could change. CONTRACT AWARD: Board of County Commissioners will consider award on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, although this date could change To remodel office space, add restrooms, access control, surveillance, fencing, and electrical for warehouse equipment.
