Sealed proposals are requested for construction work in Sedgwick County, Kansas, specifically for the Sedgwick County Project Oliver Street Pedestrian Crossing Improvements (R384). The project consists of approximately 0.052 miles and is briefly described as Sidewalk Pavement, Traffic Signal, Pavement Marking, and Signing. Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond with a Surety licensed in Kansas, amounting to at least five percent of the proposal. Contract Documents are available electronically and must be downloaded. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. Physical responses must be sealed and marked with the firms name, address, RFB number, and bid opening date; both one original and one copy of the bid and supplementary materials are required. Alternatively, bids may be submitted via email with the RFB number in the subject line; each project must have a separate email. Late responses will not be accepted.
