Site work for a water / sewer project in Ascutney, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project involves the construction of water system improvements for the Country Estate Mobile Home Park. The scope of work includes approximately 2,700 feet of replacement water main, 3,500 feet of new water service pipe, and appurtenances for existing water customers. Work also comprises the installation of new meter pits and final plumbing connections underneath each home. Bidders are instructed to obtain the bidding documents from the designated issuing office, Otter Creek Engineering, Inc. Bidding documents can be examined during business hours or obtained upon payment of $150 for each set. Partial sets are not available, and only official recipients of the bidding documents from the issuing office can be guaranteed complete sets and addenda. Electronic PDF versions are available upon request for those officially recorded as having received documents. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Bids must be sealed and submitted according to the instructions provided. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date and time for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
