The Project includes but is not limited to providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plans to clear and grub trees and brush from a 4.7 acre site, construct approximately 1,507 linear feet of 8" water line, approximately 78 linear feet of 6" water line, 5 new fire hydrants, approximately 1,198 linear feet of 12" sanitary sewer, 3 standard sanitary sewer manholes and 1 doghouse sanitary sewer manhole, 650 linear feet of 48" RCP storm sewer, 478 linear feet of 36" RCP storm sewer, 112 linear feet of 30" RCP storm sewer and 101 linear feet of 24" RCP storm sewer, 3 storm sewer manholes, 1 junction box, 6 Type H-2 inlets, roadway excavation of approximately 5,700 cubic yards, preparation and compaction of 8" depth lime subgrade of approximately 7,231 square yards, (furnishing 191 tons of hydrated lime), approximately 6,550 square yards of 7" thick concrete, 29 square yards of 6" thick concrete, 60 square yards of 4-1/2" thick sidewalk, 2 ADA handicap ramps, 2,991 linear feet of 6" concrete curb, signage and pavement markings, and all appurtenances.
