Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Coats, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of site work related to converting an existing concrete paved parking lot into a community space for the residents of Coats. An existing pergola will be removed and returned to the Owner, as feasible. Artificial turf and drain tiles will be installed to create a lawn space. The scope includes concrete pavement demolition as well new concrete paving, including colored and stamped concrete. Site electrical improvements, such as food truck pedestals and catenary lighting are also included in the project scope. Additionally, site furnishings will need to be provided by the contractor. The bandshell and shade sails will be provided by others. All questions related to this bid and any product substitution requests shall be submitted in writing to Emily Sefranek at esefranek@WithersRavenel.com prior to 9am local time on November 10, 2025, to receive consideration
