Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lubbock, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The Texas Tech University System and Texas Tech University have proposed the design and construction of the Davis College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources building to be located on "Ag Row" at 15th Street and Detroit Avenue on the Lubbock, TXcampus. The Project, as currently being programmed, is approximately 160,000 GSF and will include a Dean's suite, faculty and staff offices, the Bill Bennett Student Success Center, a Red Raider Meats store, classrooms, class labs, research space, collaborative space, multi-purpose space for events and exterior landscaped courtyards. The Red Raider Meats store will include both a commercial kitchen and a retail component. The project includes abatement and demolition of the existing 1961 Fisheries and Wildlife building (8,654 GSF) and the 1951 CASNR Annex facility (9,391 GSF). The new facility will allow utility tie-in to the Central Heating and Cooling plant for steam, condensate return, chilled water, and chilled water return. The design should develop a new water loop for domestic water and fire protection. The project will replace old sanitary pipes and provide a new lift station. Parking will not be part of the project scope however a vehicular service drive will be required. Storm water retention/detention and drainage from the site and 15th street are included. The design and construction will comply with Texas Tech's campus standards and architectural guidelines as defined in the 2014 Masterplan.
