Texas Tech University ("TTU") is seeking qualified Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to provide Monitoring/Assessment, Maintenance, Repair, and/or Installation services ("Services") related to underground and above-ground utility systems and infrastructure ("Utilities"). For the purpose of this RFP, Maintenance, and Repair may refer to repairs, replacements, and testing, while Installation may refer to new installation and/or relocation in existing or new construction under routine or emergency circumstances. All communication relating to this RFP must be submitted in writing by the date indicated in the Schedule of Events. Questions and Addenda issued related to the RFP, if any, will be posted on the online website. Deadline for Submission of Written Questions Monday, November 17, 2025 5:00 PM Central Questions must be emailed or submitted in writing to the TTU Primary Contact. Proposers must submit verification that the Proposer has all licenses (including, but not limited to, software licenses) necessary for the work contemplated under this RFP, as applicable e.g., business licenses, business certifications, professional licenses, third party software licenses, if applicable, etc. Licenses may be verified during the evaluation process. TTU reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposal or any part of a Proposal and waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the Proposals received. Further, TTU reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, make multiple awards, or no award whichever is in the best interest of TTU. This RFP does not commit TTU to select a Proposer or to award a Contract to any Proposer.
