The Fort Lauderdale DDA is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for a continuing services contract to provide cleaning attendant and guest experience services at Huizenga Park, located at 32 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. The base scope of services includes assigning contracted personnel to the park during the park hours of 7am to 10pm daily, completing assigned daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks, and greeting and assisting guests who visit the park with the highest level of customer service.
