Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hebron, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") has purchased the residential property located at 3746 Limaburg Road (Parcel 2311). All improvements on the parcel need to be removed and lot restored as a vacant property. Coordination with all applicable utility providers for the proper removal of, or capping of, all utility feeds to the structure(s). Coordination with any local and/or state agencies for appropriate permits and notification of planned demolition (i.e., EPA). See attached Asbestos and Universal Waste Inspection and Remediation Reports. Demolish and properly dispose of all improvements on the parcel including but not limited to the residential structure, foundation, septic tank, gravel driveway, sidewalks, paved surfaces, outbuilding, and all other debris/trash within the parcel boundary. See attached Property Appraisal. The executrix of the estate asked if they could have the windowsills. Coordination with KCAB staff to remove/extract windowsills from the house and turn over to KCAB staff. Provide manifests from disposal facility. Backfill void from foundation/basement removal with clean fill material and compact appropriately to minimize settlement. Add a layer of topsoil and apply "turf grass mix" seed and straw matting or hydroseed. Use of loose straw is prohibited. Also, contractor must provide source of clean fill material. KCAB reserves the right to modify or alter the schedule of events to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB.
