Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") will receive bids for Window Cleaning Services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Int'l Airport ("CVG"). The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") is soliciting bids for window washing services for the buildings located at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG"). CVG's campus include many buildings such as the Main Terminal, Concourses A &B, and the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC), Millions of passengers' travel through CVG's terminals and concourses annually. There are also several other buildings that house the many operational and support departments at CVG. CVG has many tenants that conduct business throughout the campus at the terminal, concourses, and office buildings. Maintaining an appealing, clean, and inviting atmosphere for our passengers and tenants is a top priority. KCAB currently contracts regularly, scheduled window cleanings throughout the year. Through this solicitation, KCAB will establish a multi-year contract with a contractor who can perform the window cleaning services at scheduled in a safe and timely manner. Preference for Kentucky resident bidders will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law. KCAB in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
