PUR 1 Coastal Plains Integrated Health (CPIH) is seeking Proposals for Architectural Services for a professional building in George West, Texas. The finished site will be utilized to provide Mental Health Services for residents of Live Oak County and other surrounding counties. Require total net usable square footage of 3,936 square feet plus hallways and waiting area. The configuration and space requirements are outlined on Table 1. Hallway and waiting area allowance to be determined by design. Coastal Plains Integrated Health anticipates that during its normal hours of operation there will be eight (8) employees and an average of eight (8) visitors utilizing the space. Front entrance will include magnetic security lock to allow receptionist to lock/unlock front entrance from reception area. The Center will require lab area with lavatory fixtures to be located as indicated by the respective table. Lab areas will include cabinetry above and below sink. Cabinets will be equipped with locking devices to facilitate the storage of medication samples and medical equipment. (LVN Office) Premises shall be equipped with high efficiency central heat and central air of sufficient capacity to maintain comfort of occupants. The system will have multi zone. handlers shall be overhead in the attic area. Premises shall be equipped with plumbing for a Center-provided water cooler/filtration system with 110 electrical appliance receptacle GFI, cold water supply and drain. Hot water will be provided by on-demand units. Appropriate plumbing and electrical support will be necessary. Mop sink will be required in the Janitorial room Premises shall have necessary electrical, phone and computer connections. Data and telephone cabling will provide connectivity to designated data room. Data cabling shall be CAT 6 or better and receptacles shall be located back to back in adjacent rooms. The break room shall be equipped with necessary utility connections to support kitchen appliances. The Center Board of Trustees shall deliberate and award proposal on 12/16/25 at 1:00 p.m. b. In the event that the Board of Trustees fails to meet on 12/16/2025 Proposals will be presented at the next Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for 01/20/2026
