Inspection, safety device testing, and calibration services are required for the boiler plant burners, controls, instruments, and data management systems at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor shall provide full-service planned maintenance and emergency repair services for three Cleaver Brooks boilers and associated equipment, including burners, controls, deaerators, and condensate tanks. Services include semi-annual testing and calibration, annual internal inspections, and maintaining a minimum 95% system uptime. All safety devices that fail must be repaired at the contractor's expense. Technicians must be certified, OSHA-trained, and equipped with calibrated test instruments. Documentation of all inspections and repairs must be submitted within three business days. The contractor must also develop a site-specific safety device testing manual within 180 days of contract award, and comply with VHA, NFPA, and manufacturer standards. Location: Dwight D.
