Knowlton Construction, with an awarded amount of $4,571,313.30.** Scope of 1. 50 Residential lots with approximately 2,750 LF of residential roadways and utilities A cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond, as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. Docs notes: Alternatively, PDFs of the plans, specifications, and bidding documents can be provided by the Engineer for no cost. Said documents may be examined without charge in the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid.
