The Purchasing Department of the Boerne Independent School District is conducting procurement to establish a contract(s) for swimming pool supplies, equipment, and services for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional years in one-year increments. Vendors are requested to submit an online response offering their total line of available products and services commonly purchased by school districts and other public, not-for-profit agencies and organizations. The intent is to select respondents demonstrating the best overall value to the District and to enter into a single or multi-awarded contract with a qualified vendor or vendors to provide services. Proposals will be received electronically and proposals received after closing time will be disqualified. During the selection process, the District will rank all statements of professional qualifications submitted, and interviews or presentations may be requested from selected vendors. The most qualified vendors will be recommended to the Board of Trustees. Proposals must include one signed copy of the proposal sheets, certifications, and supporting data. Proposals will be opened in accordance with applicable Texas Education Law and will remain under evaluation until final awards are determined. The District may request additional information from selected vendors, including proposed fees and prices for fulfilling the general conditions. Anticipated Award Date: December 15, 2025
