The Sun City Domestic Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) Project consists of one new treatment plant and related facilities to treat three existing domestic water production wells and one new domestic water production well for Chromium-6. The intent of this Project is to convey raw groundwater to the treatment site to then undergo Reduction-Coagulation-Filtration (RCF) treatment in order to reduce the levels of Chromium-6 sufficiently below the state mandated Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) and provide supply for CVWDs domestic water system in the Sun City pressure zone.
