Demolition and renovation of a fire / police facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Please obtain documents through the means listed in the invitation to bid.*" Current addenda: 6 The work includes but is not limited to the complete reconfiguration and renovation of NYPD Transit District Office #4 at the Union Square – 14th Street Subway Station in Manhattan. The scope is generally summarized as follows: 1) Demolition of the existing NYPD Transit Facility. 2) Reconstruction of the NYPD Transit Facility, including replacement of all architectural, mechanical, structural, utility, communications, and electrical components. 3) Construction of a ventilation structure (a new surface walkway grate) in Union Square Park for the NYPD Transit Facility. 4) Installation of new water service for the NYPD Transit Facility connection. This is an A + B bidding contract. To participate, vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), and to request documents, bidders must be registered with an MTA Bidder/Supplier Number through the MTA Vendor Portal. Minority Owned, Women Owned, and Disadvantaged Owned sub-contracting goals are 15%, 15%, and 6% respectively. Estimated Range $10M - $50M *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
