Scope: The contractor shall furnish and install a complete building automation system for the systems as detailed on the mechanical drawings and outlined below. Provide labor, material, equipment, related services, and supervision required, including, but not limited to, manufacturing, fabrication, configuration, and installation for a complete building automation system (also identified as BMS, Direct Digital Control System For HVAC) including all necessary hardware and all operating and applications software as required for the complete performance of the Work, as shown on the Drawings, as specified herein.
