This project includes a new Indoor Sports Facility, renovations to the existing home and visitor locker rooms, renovations to the existing home bleacher seating, new visitor bleachers, new Press Box addition to the home bleacher, new foundations and structure for an Owner provided scoreboard, expansion of the 6-lane track to 8-lanes with new retaining walls, new and existing utility improvements to all facilities noted, and site improvements throughout. Sitework Construction includes site demolition, mass building demolition, clearing, grading, paving, existing track expansion and resurfacing, erosion & sediment controls, storm water management, earth moving for new buildings, retaining walls, new and renovated site concrete/hard-scapes, seeding, landscaping, gates & fences, new and existing utilities and tie-ins for all facility buildings and structures. Turf Field Construction includes new indoor Sports Facility turf system and accessories. Bleacher Construction consists of seating area improvements include new bleacher seating and accessories at the new visitor bleacher as well as replacement of existing bleacher seating with new bleacher seating and accessories. This also includes restoration of Home side bleacher structure. General Construction includes selective demolition for new work, new foundations, new building structures and enclosures, renovations to interior and exterior existing structures and surfaces, and new finishes in and on existing/new building structures.
