The Moon Area School District is soliciting bids for the Renovations / New Construction of Stadium Facilities. All Bids must be hand delivered or delivered by traceable means in sealed envelopes that are clearly marked to identify the Project being bid and the Prime Contract Number by no later than 1:00PM local time on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Moon Area School District (Attn: Ms. Jessica Drylie, Director of Fiscal and School Services), at 8353 University Boulevard Moon Township, PA, 15108. A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference and Site-walk will be held. Bidders are encouraged to meet at the parking lot located between the stadium and existing tennis courts on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 1:00PM. Here, a brief meeting will be held, followed by an optional site visit. The Stadium Facility is currently located at the Moon Area High School, 8353 University Boulevard, Moon Township, PA 15108. Drawings, specifications, and all future addenda may be viewed on-line and downloaded (free of charge) via Procore.
