The Town of Caroline c/o Dryden Fiber will construct a telecommunications shelter to support the greater portion of their project, a fiber optic cable last mile broadband network to approximately 1453 locations within the State of New York. Proposals are sought to furnish and install the site preparation portion for this project, which includes all material and labor required for the concrete pads, underground conduits/utilities, grounding, hut and equipment offload, landscaping/grass work, and grading unless stated otherwise. The Town of Caroline and Dryden Fiber reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. Submission requirements are noted in the full RFPs. Please note: Vantage Point Solutions would like to invite you to provide a proposal to furnish and install the site preparation portion for this project. The site is located in Slaterville Springs, NY that is a part of the Town of Caroline c/o Dryden Fiber project. Construction is expected to start as early as weather allows. See attached Site Prep Reference Guide (SPRG) and construction plans describing the requirements and layout for the site. There are three additional documents that will need to be carefully reviewed and taken into consideration for this project. - Bidders will need to provide proof that they are authorized to do business in the State of New York. - Bidders must be able to demonstrate that they are responsible bidders, in good standing under the laws of New York and capable of fulfilling the requirements of the contract, and untainted by past non-performance or criminality.
