Renovation of a medical facility in Nedrow, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
The scope of work is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for drain repairs in the basement at Onondaga Nation Health Clinic. All work on this contract is to be completed within 30 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory site visit is scheduled, and all potential bidders must sign a 'Site Visit Form' to verify compliance; failure to do so will disqualify the bid proposal. Bids must be submitted in duplicate according to the instructions in the Information for Bidders. Security for each bid is required, not less than five percent of the total bid. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals: 17% MBE and 13% WBE participation of the total contract value, and EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of the total workforce on the project (only if the bid exceeds $100,000). It is policy to encourage minority business enterprise participation, and all bidders are expected to cooperate. The State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
